Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed 190 Almendral. So much warmth throughout; I love every inch of it! 

Great flow, wonderful rooms, timelessly tasteful finishes, strong, serious, high-end design features… yet nothing comes off as pretentious. And the best lower-level garden treatments I've ever seen. I was especially taken with the detail, like the occasional colored bricks incorporated into the outdoor fireplaces, which struck me as cleverly unique and fresh.

The approachable vibe of this home was confirmed as I watched a little boy comfortably touring the property, just like he lived there.
